You can either drive into town or you can walk to most of these eateries within 20 minutes from the sailing club using the convenient footbridge by the Waterside Pub.  Best option is to drive to the footbridge and do the rest on foot (quicker than driving right round and crossing the river using the Norfolk bridge).  If you can recommend anywhere else or would like your own establishment listed please contact me - sscwemban@yahoo.co.uk

Nice rooms, good food in the bar and a posh restaurant. On the A273 Old Shoreham Road on the inland edge of Shoreham Airport just below Lancing College. We've heard some good things about this place from visiting sailors. Tel: 01273-454647.

The Seafood Experience
Spoil yourself with some of the best marine cuisine on the coast...the dish of the day is always marvellous and the fish comes straight off the local boats. Book a table here and you could be eating fish you sailed over earlier in the day. This is the most convenient sit-down restaurant for sailors as it is set on the parade of shops opposite the Waterside pub, which you pass on the way to the sailing club. A long term favourite. 29-31 Ferry Road, Shoreham Beach. Tel: 01273-464768.
